In 2022 she launched Hike-Ability; a 1:1 program that uses hiking movement and nature connection as therapy or rehabilitation. Originally conceived as an inspirational trails and outdoor blog, OTBT has evolved into a highly successful and award winning business over the past 7 years.
Tracy’s specialty lies in making trails and adventure more accessible and inclusive.
