Kristy Bailey brings over 20 years of expertise in strategic marketing, communications, PR, and business management within the tourism industry. As the Founder and Director of One Eighty Marketing and Swan River Seaplanes, she plays a pivotal role in advancing Western Australia's tourism sector.
Kristy’s career spans diverse roles across retail and wholesale travel companies, conference and incentive houses, cruise operators, tour operators, and luxury resorts. She has also served as a judge for the WA Tourism Awards and as a national tourism awards judge, reflecting her commitment to excellence in the industry.
Dedicated to professional development, Kristy has created and delivered Tourism Industry training packages, demonstrating her passion for education and growth in the sector. Since 2017, she has served on the board of the Tourism Council of Western Australia, where she continues to advocate for the industry's future.
